Terms and Conditions for Use of Cleva Website
Cleva Technologies LLC ("Cleva Technologies") has created and maintains its web site ("Web Site") for the benefit of its customers and users of Cleva Technologies products. The following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of the Web Site, and the information contained throughout it. Cleva Technologies' trademarks, including, but not limited to, the Cleva Technologies name and logo, Cleva Technologies, and Xit Poll™, are registered trademarks of Cleva Technologies in the United States of America and various countries. Cleva Technologies' trademarks may not be used publicly without first obtaining permission from Cleva Technologies. Fair use of Cleva Technologies' trademarks in advertising and promotion of Cleva Technologies products requires proper acknowledgement. All other brands and names referenced on the Web Site are property of their respective owners.
3. Do Not Send Your Information to Us. Cleva Technologies requests that you not send us any information that you consider to be confidential or proprietary through this Web Site. Please note that if you do send us any such information or material, Cleva Technologies will assume it is NOT confidential. By sending Cleva Technologies information or material, you grant Cleva Technologies an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information, and you also agree that Cleva Technologies is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send us for any purpose.
